I have a bit of a problem on a Kobelco SK210. Basically the engine stalls from speeds 1-4 when the arm and boom are kept in relief. The computer shows that the target revs are always around 150-200 less than what the computer expects, so at the lowest speed the programmed rpm is 1000 but the actual is 825, etc. So I adjusted the speed a bit so that the deficit was around 100rpm and the condition improved. However, the problem is that then the machine does not turn off, presumably due to compensation. Now the biggest problem is that I can’t run setting A because the procedure in the manual doesn’t work. the manual says to hold down the MODE key and turn on the ignition and continue to hold the MODE button for 5-10 seconds. It’s supposed to show STEP 1 after this, but nothing happens.
Try cleaning all the solenoids behind the operator’s cab and then calibrating.
